You will also be taught how to ensure your personal privacy and details are kept confidential, alongside the importance of focusing on personal objectives and a client’s need for support and assistance.

Who is this course for?
There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this Workplace Professionalism and boundaries – Level 2. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.
