This Dementia Care Worker course is designed to give full and advanced training to anyone that cares for an individual with dementia or similar conditions.

You will learn from the latest studies and understand the factors that influence the development of dementia. The recommended forms of engagement and medical treatment will be supplied, and you will understand the methods that best suit your situation. Alongside this, you will also be advised on social activities which will benefit those living with dementia.

How will I get my certificate?

You may have to take a quiz or a written test online during or after the course. After successfully completing the course, you will be eligible for the certificate.

Who is this course for?

There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this Dementia Care Worker. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.
